Unfortunately, the property is in very poor condition and is adjacent to a highway so there’s lots of road noise, beach and pool area are nice, but it’s hard to get a good nights sleep, and the restaurant has a very limited menu

I need a refund!
First the staff was amazing. The food delicious. The room was disgusting for what we paid per night. Cats everywhere and waking us up @3/4 in the morning fighting. Holes in wall and bedspread. Shower didn’t work well and water was COLD! The most horrible smell from the drains. It’s too bad I can’t share the video of my shower! I we think the photos speak for themselves There were also rips in our couch. I can’t believe Hotels.com is promoting this hotel and especially the price per night we paid. We have been to Mexico many times and this by far was the worst! La Paz is a nice town to visit. I tried to reach out to the establishment myself, with no response

Welcome to Fantasy Island
Very nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff ready to help or just chat. I read some reviews about the rooms being outdated but I thought they were very nice. The palm trees and pool/ beach area were perfect. Honestly, I was waiting for Mr Roarke and Tattoo to come walking up at any minute. My only complaint was WiFi was weak from my room and seemed to be spotty elsewhere. Also, no coffee available until 0800 and there was a $70 pesos charge. I’m an early riser and enjoy coffee early and I feel like for the price of the room coffee should be complimentary. Overall great experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting La Paz unless you’re on a business trip (due to WIFI)

The grounds are amazing but…
This is an older property with lots of potential! We were a bit turned off with the amount of A/C units on the roof when we first pulled in. It was pretty tacky. Maybe they should put up a row of big potted plants or a short wall or something to cover them. The lobby and inside area is nice but a good interior decorator could make it look amazing. The hotel rooms on the other hand are old, a bit beat up, old cheap furniture and hard uncomfortable beds. Some people like hard bed but not me so to each their own I suppose. However, the outside property is amazing!!! If they could make the inside match the outside, they would have it going on! The employees were friendly and the food was pretty good. I know it takes money to renovate and I hope someday they can because the place does have A LOT of potential to be something great.

Considero importante que el Hotel cuando refiera que se aceptan mascotas desde el principio diga que no pueden estar en restaurantes ni en la playa, porque como el hotel no tiene otras zonas pues, basicamente las mascotas tendrian que quedarse en la habitación. No dan un aviso previo de esto sino hasta que se hace el check-in. De haber sabido estas restricciones cuando me escribieron del Hotel para indicarme que la mascota tiene un costo adicional de 800 pesos, pues hubiera cancelado mi reserva. Asimismo, la experiencia en el restaurante fue muy mala, no nos atendieron y se veian mesas ocupadas antes que la nuestra y que no habian sido atendidas, decidimos irnos porque ni el café nos pudieron llevar. Dejaron sola a la mesera que amablemente trataba de atender a todos sin darse abasto. El hotel esta bonito, muy bien cuidado, limpio, y confio que estas observaciones les sean de utilidad.

The room we stayed in was on the end. It smelled like sewer and that smell became so unbearable we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They were aware of the smell and still put us there then told us they had no additional rooms. It was asphyxiating. They were nice enough to allow me to cancel my second day with a refund but dod not refund the initial day we had to move in middle of night. I told them never to rent those rooms out on the end. There are plenty of hotels in La Paz And i booked a room that morning I checked out and was allowed to check in to other hotel early in am. My problem is that they knew it was a problem and allowed us to check in anyway.
