Everything was perfect, could probably put some sweeteners/ sugar in the room with tea & coffee etc., each day had to ask for it. Other than that, no complaints at all - will definitely be back.

We had a nice room on the 10th with a large comfortable bed, everything was clean and well cared for with lovely soft towels.
Tea making equipment and biscuits provided.
All of the staff from reception, waiting and cleaners were very friendly and helpful

Hotel is so beautiful and clean, the only problem we had was the bed was very hard, got up with a sore back every day, food was very good, staff very friendly and car parking had no disabilities spaces

Everything was good at Crowne Plaza Harrogate, the only small thing would be the water pressure from the shower wasn't very good. I was on the 11th Floor. If this had been better, it would have been 5 stars.
