The hotel was perfect for a mom and daughter trip! Service was superb from beginning to end. We received a room upgrade to a room with a private pool, which was fab. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, we slept really well every night. The best was the spa, just gorgeous, surrounded by jungle, with an amazing hydro treatment and others. Hotel had entertainment every hour, from yoga to bracelet making, pool aerobics, cooking classes and a fun daily bike ride to Puerto Morelos where you can buy Mexican artifacts. Pool was super clean and refreshing, ocean was so nice for a swim and all bars were great. Restaurants were really good, especially the French, but not so much the buffet. We ended up having breakfast daily in the preferred restaurant by the beach. Night entertainment was nice but could be a little better. Overall, a really fun vacation where we met some new friends forever and enjoyed a really nice mom and daughter vacation.

Pros: Great mixed drinks & food that is flavorful. Staff is wonderful. Beach was also nice. Cons: Property is a bit dated & do not get sucked into visiting Secrects for the UV Luxury membership unless you want some free spending vouchers for your time, which did come in handy:). Also not the place for you if you dont have kids or care to hear others kids while on vacation.
