There were several trips made to the manager to confirm my requests. I was made to wait for my room where I saw other guests granted early check-in. The rooms lack proper acoustic treatments and so I could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms clearly. The rooms however were very lovely and clean.

Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to tube line, shopping and dining. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Didn’t use any dining or bar facilities. Was a little noisy.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Not sure if the “Bar” just opened but the staff did not know how to make drinks (dirty martini) the service was also pretty slow. The walls in the hotel are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallways and your neighbors. No wash clothes will be given so bring your own.

The bathroom had no ventilation which is a health hazard as the heat and moisture can create moulding. The bedroom smelled damp likely due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. so we needed to leave the windows open. The door hinge also was broken. The door wouldn't close all the way, it needed to be manually pulled shut. The gym was lovely! I loved it and wish there were more to it. The lobby is very nice and smells nice. The corridors to the rooms need to be repainted and the carpets changed.
