Great location, comfortable, minor improvements
Loved the convenient location to kings cross. The hotel was small, staff really nice and looking for ways to please. Stayed for a week and they treated me well throughout. Room was modern, bed was comfy and I liked the smart design of the room with storage and room for luggage. Only complaints were that on the weekend is was pretty noisy in the halls...not sure if it was cleaning staff or guests but the echo from doors opening and closing can be heard.

Good, small, but tough to find.
Hotel was clean, but very tight in the room and shower which is fairly typical for a London boutique. The hotel was definitely tough to recognize in the dark, could use better signage out front.

Comfortable and Spotless Hotel
This boutique hotel is located in a great location. This is an almost brand new and nicely decorated hotel.The staff were very friendly specially the lady who is originally from Romania. She is an extremely kind and polite and the hotel should be proud to have her on board. She usually works during the night shifts. The hotel is almost spotless. The rooms were well equipped and have a bit technical lightings and sometimes confusing. The showers were extremely powerful but the buttons on showers had some issues that needs to be checked. There were some leaks around the corners of the shower and needs to be fixed but they are of minor nature. The breakfast items are limited and if you stay for a longer period it can get repetitive. At the beginning, it was confusing if the breakfast is self served or someone needs to help. My booking included breakfast but the first day I had to prove myself by showing my booking. It was pretty awkward situation but the manager in charge quickly resolved the situation for me even though I felt extremely uncomfortable to prove myself. The coffee machine and access to tea and coffee was very nice and comforting. The hotel does not have an elevator and you need to be able to walk to higher floors. The hotel manager relocated us to a room in lower floors to help me with bad knees. I was pleased with his friendly manner during our stay, specially when he helped us with storing our extra luggage. Things were very pleasant overall.
