Great Location!

Clean, Quiet ,Great Location, Comfortable, Friendly, Helpful, and Responsive Staff! Room maintenance was a bit off. We needed to ask for heater to be adjusted, and it was fixed quickly, part of a head board slipped off the wall, it was fixed quickly, the toilet had to be flusher several times before it worked and never was totally repaired.

It was OK. The location is amazing and you cannot go wrong with High Street Kensington. The hotel is a bit aged, but everything was fine. Getting the right invoice for the breakfast was tricky, but at the end the gentleman in the reception managed.
