Great location!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in London, and there's a reason why we will continue to come back--the staff is amazing! They are more than helpful and kind from check-in to check-out. The location is also hard to beat--5 minutes from the Holborn tube stop! Looking forward to our next stay at the NYX in Holborn!

Great hotel in good location with good proximity to Holborn tube station. On check in, all guests need to be offered same level of service. We were not offered the welcome drink, despite mentioning it to bar staff, whilst everyone else checking in did (we had to wait for our room to be ready so could see) Hotel is warm, and there is a lack of effective air con in the room. Breakfast greeting friendly as was the member of staff on the omelette station who was lovely and chatty whilst cooking (plus she made an amazing omelette) Concierge welcoming and happy to keep bags for the day whilst in the city. All in all a nice stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel and staff. From the Prosecco on arrival to the free sweets, popcorn and Polaroids all the little touches made it a great stay. Location is great, will definitely stay here again. BEST HOTEL IN LONDON

The hotel was one of the best ones I have stayed at. The girls in the reception were so nice and helpful. The hotel room was big and clean. Loved the spa and pool area, the pool was big and not so crowded so we could swim as much as we wanted to. The hotel lived up to every expectation we had. And it was much much better than we expected. The location was great with a walking distance to must restaurants and shops. It was a calm area with nice people but still was close to the city. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to London and if I would come to London again I would definitely stay here!
