Great service as we arrived early....our bags were taken and sorted by 2 of the friendliest porters you could meet. When we checked in a few hours later they had already been put in our room. Spacious room over looking front, which although busy was very quiet with no noise being heard. Large bathroom and very comfy bed. Will be back again.

Initially we had booked a room with garden but as it had no bath we asked to move to a superior room whilst it was a downgrade it was so much bigger and had a bath! Perfect location. Clean and spacious cool hotel.
My husband and I spent 4 nights here during a winter vacation. Cannot beat the location. And the rooms have floor to ceiling windows. Our hotel was clean and modern. Loved the cool lighting. Very spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. This is a lovely and lively part of London. If you’d like quiet, might ask for a room that does not face St Martins Lane. All kinds of folks at the hotel from families to younger folks partying in the area. Several Tube stations nearby. Can get anywhere. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day. It was good. Can order whatever you want off the menu or have fruit pasty etc on buffet or both. We would definitely stay here again.
