Hello. Our stay was fine but we did comment on departure that we didn’t think the room we were given was representative of a Superior King. Other rooms that were being cleaned as we departed seemed to match the description more accurately. The room was very small and hot. I would hope that a Superior room would have been more spacious and have a method of managing the temperature.

Nice hotel close to the motorway. The room was ok but I found the bed a bit small. The team at reception and at the bar was very friendly. We didn’t eat there es we found the food a bit overpriced. We went to eat at the Racehorse which is only a 4 minutes drive away.

All the staff from the receptionists, catering team at breakfast to the cleaners in the corridors were very friendly and welcoming. It seems rare nowadays to get the basics of customer care.
