Lovely hotel
This hotel was great. Spacious rooms, great food and great location. Approx 6/7 min walk to tube station.

Basically a Travelodge
The room was hot and stuffy constantly, with the thermostat never reading below 22.5 degrees. However the AC was not able to be set to cooling. The room had a damp stale smell on arrival and the bed sheets also smelt fusty. Disappointed that the room was not serviced until after 6pm. After a day of sight seeing we wanted a shower before dinner but all towels were still damp. Breakfast is not worth the price at all. A terrible "full English" offering with bacon that looked boiled. The continental offerings were rather stale also. There were signs in the lifts advising that large queues would be present if you attended breakfast after 9am and this was indeed true, having to have to wait for a table. I shouldn't have to get up early to use the facilities I have purchased, the hotel should have the capacity to cater for the amount of rooms it sells.

Excellent hotel troughout
They made it extra special for my husbands 30th birthday, upon request. They made us feel at ease after the attack. Lovely restaurant on site. Overall we loved it!

It was a great stay. The breakfast setup was a bit chaotic and confusing, but otherwise very happy with our stay.

The room was so small but the rest of services and breakfast were fantastic. I would like to stay again when I come to london next time.

Good location, hotel is fresh and modern.
The location was great and the modern decor might not be to everyone’s taste, especially for the breakfast buffet but it was clean and fresh. The rooms were small as is the breakfast buffet area, but due to the hotels location it would be unlikely you are going to spend too much time sitting in your room. As they say parking is limited, only four actual spaces and room for three more cars if double parked so you have to leave your keys with staff. There is also street parking right outside hotel.

One night stay with 2 kids
Great base for a one night stay in London. Visited Leicester Square and Buckingham Palace from here with short taxi rides. Check in and out quick and easy. Staff welcoming and helpful. Booked a family room, kids beds were not made up on arrival but sorted swiftly. Thought breakfast was great value at £5 per person with lots of choice. Kids activity packs were a nice touch.
