Hotel is perfect for arriving at Paddington station. Had we known there was major construction work going on across the road, we would have chosen somewhere else. This is not the hotel's fault, can't be helped when work is being done nearby. Hasn't put me off staying again, easy walking distance of Hyde park.

A DISGRACE TO THE HILTON BRAND
Awful uninterested staff. Took ages to check in. Breakfast was in a box, dry croissant cheap jam, 50p sized granola bar, yogurt and a carton of juice all for the bargain price of £12. No alternative offered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We arrived and were told the room had free drinks so go and have a good time the fridge was empty the room only had 1 robe and we couldn't have another because the hotel had no staff. The room had no running cold water so a bath or shower was out of the question we had to buy a bottle of water to brush our teeth. We paid 250 pound a night for this abysmal room. We got moved the next day I asked why the fridge was locked and was told it isn't but it was so still no free drinks! The breakfast was truly awful it might have been better to try and eat the cardboard box

The hotel was fine.... nice room.... only one problem..... my booking said ‘Breakfast buffet’.... but no breakfast supplied. In fact no catering facilities at all , not even a bar open or any room service. As I was there on a business trip this was very awkward

Restaurant and Bar are closed, breakfast is a croissant in a box, housekeeping never cleaned the room and internet costs £15 a day. I stayed in. Hilton hotel in Italy the night before here and internet was complimentary.
