Excellent stay. Hotel was busy but very clean, staff very helpful and we used the app to make our dinner reservations so no issues there. Buffet was very good and items changed over from time to time so good selection. We had a ground floor garden view room. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked extremely well and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Bar fridge cold, stocked with beer, pop and water. Refilled daily if needed. This was my first time to a Palace Resort and I was impressed with the overall service and quality.
