Excellent location, close to Kensington Gardens, transport, food etc. I was traveling solo and stayed in small double room which was small. Would have been cramped with two pps. Small hanging space was only space provided for clothes. Terrible light plastic drink cups for water, etc. Stayed three nights and no change in breakfast menu which was limited and boring. Excellent staff.

They are in the process of remodeling this hotel and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and smelled new. The house keeping staff were top notch and the front desk people were willing to help us in any way. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they gave us complementary early check-in because a room was available. The best part about this hotel was the location. There are two tube stops within close walking distance and there are lots of souvenir shops and eating places only two blocks away.

The room was ok and bigger than expected. however, not renovated. The bed was to hard and the pillows was too hard. The staff in the reception could be a bit more welcoming. It is the first hotel we have stayed in that we could not borrow a glass from the bar. We could only get small and cheap plastic glassed to bring to the room. But, overall, we had a good stay!

There was scaffolding and a lift right outside our window and when we opend the curtains in the morning, there were workers working right outside our window. When I got their to check in on the first day I go luck and my room was ready for. The room was small but was good for on person. No windows but it was under ground. The shower was pretty big and good water pressure. For the price of hotel room it was very nice and safe.
