We had a lovely stay here for 1 night. We had a family room which is very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the pool and sauna which is a great facility of the hotel.
The only thing I would say that need an upgrade are the showers, they are very low pressure but are lovely and hot.
We'll definitely stay here again.

worst check in ever experienced , Patricia at the front desk did everything in her power to make us feel unwelcome, she was backed up by her equally unhelpful / spiteful manager Noelia.
Its a shame as the Hotel itself is a grand building with beautiful views over the sea facing the isle of white.
The room we had was spacious with a comfortable bed .
House keeping was sub standard though .
If this hotel was taken over by a good hotel operator it could be a jem !

Are stay was very enjoyable, the room was very spacious the bathroom needs towel rails, and some redecoration in the bedroom . The food was very good but needed some more choice on the menu .

We stayed in a spacious suite on the 2nd floor with beautiful sea views. Hotel has a great location, just a short walk to Bournemouth beach. Bed was super-comfy, pool area was well-maintained and we were pleasantly surprised with the food (having read mixed reviews). We would definitely return.

This hotel was good, a little tired and dated but staff helpful and friendly. Family room was a good size but was looking tired. Beds comfortable and room was clean. Was only there one night so was fine for what we needed. Pool was ok and good for the kids to have a splash. Water warm. Changing room again a little tired and lockers need fixing. Parking on site. £20 for 24hours.

We were lucky to have a see view, the room itself was very large and clean and a little dated which didn't detract from our 2 day stay.
The communal areas were in better condition and the two pools were lovely, we ate once at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.
All staff were very good and Neolia on reception was particularly pleasant, with nothing to much trouble.
Would definately stay again.

Most of the property is pretty tired, but the indoor pool and spa were not open - and the spa has been removed which is misleading. The staff at check-in made no effort to compromise or be conciliatory with us (4yo in tow) which made the whole start a real poor experience.

The room was very spacious, but gloomy - just one standard lamp and 2 bedside lamps. A short term fix would be a pair of desk lamps (or a desk in the bathroom, which was very well lit!). Also the towel rail was not working - hope they get it fixed before winter comes!
