The front desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Our room was extremely comfy and spacious. The food was very tasty. Hotel parking was expensive (but parking in Bournemouth is generally expensive. The car park was very convenient for the hotel though)

Staff are 10/10 at this establishment. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of different options. The communal balcony overlooking the pool was kept clean and tidy and had great views of the sea. I also had a spa treatment which was so calming and allowed me to unwind even more. The indoor pool had warm water and it’s not too deep. My only feedback is please can there be a mini fridge in the rooms. Aside from this, our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Thanks.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel with my partner and our dog. Despite the property being advertised as dog-friendly, our experience was marred by conflicting information and poor service regarding access to the breakfast facilities. On the morning of October 4th, I specifically consulted with the manager on duty, who confirmed that we were permitted to bring our dog into the restaurant for breakfast. However, upon attempting to enter, we were abruptly stopped and denied access by your staff. This inconsistency caused significant frustration and confusion, effectively ruining our plans for the day and leading us to check out earlier than intended. I expect a prompt response addressing why your staff was not properly briefed on your pet policy and how you intend to rectify this failure in service. I look forward to hearing how you plan to resolve this matter.

Insufficient staff numbers to ensure bar and restaurant were both covered at meal times. Having to pay for breakfast each day as unable to book in advance. In spite of being informed that rooms would have a daily refresh (not clean) this also had to asked for by using a QR code! My general feeling is that while the building and decorations are in good order the service has declined significantly since my visit last year, having said that most stafff members i met were friendly and helpful.

Its a bit tired but fine. Nice big room and comfortable bed. View over the carpark sadly with a noisy fan or generator or something directly below so couldn't open windows due to the noise, that would be an issue in the summer i expect and wont be a problem for all the rooms. About a 15 min walk to the station or to town. Wish I'd booked direct as expedia was almost double their onsite price

We had a lovely stay here for 1 night. We had a family room which is very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the pool and sauna which is a great facility of the hotel. The only thing I would say that need an upgrade are the showers, they are very low pressure but are lovely and hot. We'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night with our dog. The room was nice, clean & very spacious. Check in was very smooth & the lady on the desk very friendly & helpful. Shame we couldn't stay for longer as the leisure facilities looked good. Great location to the beach & only a short walk into town. Parking is payable on arrival as run by a private company but plenty if spaces.

Heated pool out of service, unhygienic rooms, listed amenities not provided Location is genuinely excellent, directly across from the beach and the pier. a short walk to everything. We booked this 3-star property specifically for the heated swimming pool, listed as an amenity. On arrival we learned the pool had been out of order since a party two days before our stay staff told us around 100 people had been dancing in it and damaged it. We were never notified before or during booking that this amenity was unavailable, and it remained closed for our entire 3-night stay. Room condition fell well short of a 3-star standard: bathroom soap dispenser was empty, the shower was dirty, and the toilet had a fly infestation. There was no air conditioning and no in-room safe, despite these being listed. There were no electrical outlets on either side of the bed, only two outlets at the desk, nowhere near enough to charge two phones, a smart watch, a laptop, and a tablet at once. The breakfast room was dirty, and the terrace at 9am still had ashtrays overflowing with cigarette butts and butts on the floor from the night before. For £500 for 3 nights, none of this matched what was advertised or what we paid for. Multiple listed amenities simply weren’t there or weren’t usable. We would not recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

We were lucky to have a see view, the room itself was very large and clean and a little dated which didn't detract from our 2 day stay. The communal areas were in better condition and the two pools were lovely, we ate once at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent. All staff were very good and Neolia on reception was particularly pleasant, with nothing to much trouble. Would definately stay again.
