This was a return stay to this hotel which is conveniently located for touring, dining and lots of walking. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The unique location makes this hotel almost an iconic stay with the view of the Tower Bridge. The staff are friendly and helpful and added a friendly touch to our stay.

Had booked an executive double room, but had been ungraded to a suite on the 11th floor with a fantastic view of the city. Room was lovely and clean, but the rooms are dated and tired looking and need refurbishment. Nice cocktails to finish off the evening. This was our second stay here and would book again.
