We were very disappointed with the quality of the hotel. The lifts were old and took forever to areive, every single time. The room itself was also old. The bathroom was small and the bathtub was very narrow making even a shower quite difficult to manoeuvre around in. There were no plugs near the bed to charge phones which is pretty poor in 2025!
My biggest concern, however, was around security. At check-in the receptionist was saying room numbers out loud to guests (a security no-no as far as im aware). I shouldnt jnow that the lone traveller in front of my was staying in room 628, but i heard it very clearly. She also read out our room number. Its a concern, particularly for lone female travellers, and staff should be trained better on this.
To add to the security concern, our security latch was broken and therefore useless on our door (pic not able to be attached for some reason).
Finally, our room was a double but was 2 twin beds, of unequal height, pushed together which didnt make for a comfortable experience. I wouldnt stay here again or recommend to anyone.
