We stayed here for three nights. Lovely hotel. Right in the centre of London. The room was comfortable and warm. Beds great, complementary waters in the fridge. Bath towels are huge. Housekeeping was very good. I love this hotel and will use it again when in London.

Overall good, but strong blinking lamp outside (probably to keep the homeless away from sleeping in the alley). Area ok, walking distance to Covent Garden etc. Great to have minibar included, that gets refilled every day. Kids got teddybears. Amazing breakfast, and dinner.

We had a great time here! Staff was lovely and sent us a cake and balloons when we told them it was our belated honeymoon (the "real" one got cancelled). Dream location if you, like us, love to go to shows. Easy to get to hotel and we experienced no trouble at all with our stay!

Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good choice and cooked well. Bar staff very knowledgable. Only downside is we didn’t sleep at all due to creaking floorboards and footsteps from the room above from 12am-7am
