An okay stay.

The staff were very friendly and we were given a room upgrade on arrival. However other than the reception and dining area the rest of the hotel felt very dated and in need of a refit and TLC. Our room was at the back of the hotel with the fan units out side our window (and a worker) and so we couldn't open it, luckily we had aircon in the room.

I will say the highlight was the breakfast. The staff for that was very nice. The front desk staff could use some work though.

Nice staff, great location, but overprized claustrophobic rooms with small uncomfortble beds and wallpaper that bubbles from dampness. The rooms are clean, but it was a struggle to stay there three nights, and it is misleading to call it a superior room even by London standards. The rooms are non-refundable. Otherwise I would have cancelled.
