Hotel stay was great. Hotel itself was nice and clean and staff very helpful. Only quibble: tried to call them before check in - must have tried over 50 times throughout the morning and was constantly busy.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in London conveniently located within walking distance of Hyde Park. It’s a short bus ride to Marble Arch and Piccadilly Circus for various attractions or you can easily access the tube or rail from Paddington station which is also close by. The only downside is that the room was small, however that is to be expected in these smaller hotels.

Nice hotel, good location
Lovely room in the basement which meant it was quiet from street noise although could hear the distant rumble of the tube. Bathroom was great except there was no bath plug and didn’t notice until the evening when hotel maintenance was closed.

Loved this place
I liked the hotel. Service was excellent. They got us a room in the morning even though service said it would not be ready till 2 pm. They heard about my birthday and surprised us with a decorated room. Room was small for me but typical for a 4 star hotel. Air conditioning was excellent

A lovely weekend away
We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and provided great service, nothing was too much to ask! There were free cakes and apples in reception and drinks in the room were replenished daily. There was also a fridge in the room which was really convenient. The hotel was in a great location, really close to Paddington station and some other tube stations, so really easy to get around. Kensington gardens nearby are definitely worth a visit! The concierge at checkout was really helpful and carried our suitcases out of the hotel for us! A lovely weekend stay, we would definitely return in the future!

The room was claustrophobic. There was no room to put your suitcase or walk around the bed. The bathroom is super small. It is close to Hyde park and is in a nice residential area. The hotel itself is pretty run down. It’s more like 3 Star hotel at most. But it is affordable.

Not worth it. For the same money, there are several hotels nearby that better quality. The minuscule gap between the bed and the wall seems like a safety hazard. Good location, however, wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Okay but do not trust the picture so much
If you want to order deluxe or club room, I guess do not be misled by the picture updates, as I book the clubroom with sofa in the picture, however we got a room without it, I felt a little dissapointed after a long journey wishing to come to a large room as per advertised.
Otherwise the room itself is ok. We booked for 6 nights, by the fourth night, the room cleaning service no more refill the water and snacks
