Would stay again
For its price and location to be very central to the west end it was a very comfortable stay.

Terrible room
Great people and excellent service but the room was terrible. I know they are going for monastic chic, but really: no decent bathroom mirror, impossible to get in and out of bath ( and I am a super fit yoga person, if someone older gets that room?) no space around the bed, uncomfortable (garden ! )chair, broken drawer, wierd, lights, Exposed pipes and wires and outdated mini bar. Come on guys you can do better!

Does what it says on the tin! Great location, ok for a budget hotel

Poor 2.0
Poor stay.
Stayed in the penthouse. Drink vodka was used and refilled with water, overall room quality not worth it. Service poor had to call reception three times to remind them of requests.

Location is key
Great locations, had some concerns about noise on a Saturday night as we were on first floor directly over pub but we came in around midnight and didn't have a problem. Room was a bit tight and a little tired, chipped furnishing, window a bit dodgy, discoloured grout in the bathroom and awful silicone work (yes I'm a plumber) and I don't think a beige carpet is ever a wise choice as shows a few drip/dirt marks. The bathroom design was a little awkward with not much space squeezing in between toilet and basin to the shower. The bed area was narrow and could benefit from bed side shelves or something for water/phone/pot noodle. That said, it is an old building in central london and everything works well and was fairly modern. Location is the real winner and the price reflects that and is fair. Probably would stay again.

Perfect for a night in the city...
Had a great stay. Love the hotel. Amazing location. Bring connected to Gails Bakery was a joy!! Service was fantastic.... rang down to reception to borrow an iron and they bought one up within 5 minutes. Likewise with ice... Will definitely return.

Location was excellent. Bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable. Room was overall a bit small too.

Brilliant location, great place to stay.
Stayed in a superior double on the 2nd floor. Lovely room, two windows on to the street so the winter sunshine flooded into the room in the morning. Lovely shower, comfy bed. Yes, there was some street noise, but you are in central London, so that’s hardly surprising. Room was not too hot-my big bugbear with hotels generally. Minutes from Charlotte St, Oxford St, Covent Garden and all the theatres. Good location for all the museums in Bloomsbury too.
