Booked for a couple nights whilst visiting relatives in North Wales. The breakfast on both morning was very good. We had the choice of eating in the restaurant or the less formal lounge in the evenings, which was very much appreciated after a long drive. All members of staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely return for another stay.

Had a lovely stay recent (23rd October 2026) to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel is lovely, and well maintained based on it's age All the staff were lovely, from reception, bar and restaurant everyone was friendly, helpful and happy to have a good chat throughout our stay. Bar prices/restaurant had a service charge which is well advertised so shouldn't come as a surprise and can easily be removed if you don't want to pay it. Room was lovely clean, we stayed in a double with great views of the gardens. Breakfast was great, with continental available as self service and English taken by order, guaranteeing it's freshness. All in all a lovely stay, highly recommended and hope to visit again.

I couldn’t fault anything. The hotel and grounds are beautiful.you just couldn’t be in a more stunning setting The staff were very attentive .it is so unusual now to have a breakfast cooked to order. If you want a secluded hotel with charm but still close to so many attractions I would recommend Ingelwood Manor

Very welcoming staff.Nice large clean room with wonderful views.Excellent breakfast served by the most delightful waitress.Parking was so easy.Right outside the front door. Check your staff rosta for July 8th and you will know who the lovely waitress is.We had a good breakfast with a table next to the window so we could enjoy the fountain.I hope to go again.
