The breakfast was very well presented, tasty food and good options.
Parking is included but book direct otherwise you have to pay £10, not that that’s a lot.

7 Sept 2026We have stayed at this hotel a lot of times in the last sixteen years always well looked after the staff very friendly & polite Stuart is very good at his job . The rooms are nice & clean a little bit dated but ok the car park is very secure with a automatic gate but
the car park can get a bit short on space if busy.

23 Jul 2026Our room was very pleasant (third floor, with views over the surroundings). All the staff we met were personable without being pushy - very nice. The hotel is well-placed for getting to the city centre. It was also nice that we didn't have to decide if we wanted breakfast until the morning. We'll stay here again.

21 May 2026We had a happy comfortable stay. Not a luxury place but provided what we needed. Location is also good as we left the car and walked everywhere with ease.

16 Sept 2026Lovely room and relaxing stay. The staff were all incredibly helpful and engaging.
Only minors were that the toilet in our room was really high. First time I’ve ever sat in the loo and couldn’t touch the ground.
Also, with no lifts it was a tough climb up narrow stairs to the top floor. I guess a learning for me to mention this when booking.
But as I say, these are minor things and we loved the hotel and will return.
