Good hotel, would stay again.
Nice hotel - quirky. Lounge area is relaxed. Bedrooms are comfortable, clean, nicely designed. Only observation is that the rooms (or my room) was very dark. Very cosy/warm lighting but not great (ladies) for trying to put on make up ; ) Bathroom is very bright but post shower misty mirror takes long time to clear with no extraction fan. Not a complaint at all - just a general observation that I find with most hotels actually.

Lovely one night stay!
Came here for one night and was very impressed! The room was spotless and the hotel lobby had a great atmosphere. I had told the team that we were celebrating our anniversary and we were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar downstairs. The room has lovely - unique touches and great blackout curtains! Walkable distance from most desirable spots and about 30 seconds from Holborn tube station. Would definitely stay again!

cool hotel but the worst beds known to man.
Overnight stay for our anniversary date , booking system was down but still handled swiftly, our second floor room facing the back of the hotel had an echo element to it which was strange for such a small space, dimly lit with 1/2 a window view . The room was clean & well organised with cool decor, the bathroom was contemporarily styled clean & adequately arranged space for its size . The bed was a queen plenty of room for my 6’2” man sized frame but the most uncomfortable in bed experience we have ever known the mattress was soft & wrapped us as we lay & sunk further into the pit of discomfort, between the mattress & headboard housed a void of 4-6” Which sucked the nonexistent pillows through like a vacum ,waking us up numerous times throughout the night , the double pillows would have been better replaced with two sheets of tissue paper! ,the pillows were soft to the extreme of our heads felt like they was tilting back as we lay , the pillows completely sunk to nigh on millimetres thick with the parts our heads wasn’t on wrapping themselves around our faces like a wet tissue in the wind clinging to us , pillows should support the head & spine into a neutral position ,a position of comfort , the pillows we had along with the bed have left us in pain to the point of seeking a physio & massage session to release the pain & discomfort from what can only be described as the worst nights sleep I’ve ever experienced in any hotel, any overnight accommodation, in fact anywhere. ☹️

Great hotel!
My go-to when I stay in London. I've stayed in other hotels since lockdown, and most of them make you feel like an inmate rather than a guest. However, the Hoxton clearly go out of their way to make things feel as normal as possible. Obviously there's no at-bar service, social distancing etc. But it's done well. Food is amazing, service top-notch.

Wonderful hotels - relaxed atmosphere, wasn't rushed out for check out which was a massive positive and even offered to keep the room to store our luggage.

Perfect for a short getaway
Perfect for a short stay. Room was a little on the small side, but facilities were great. Definitely check out the chicken shop restaurant in the basement
