Charming and historic
Charming older historic hotel. Excellent staff and lovely bar and breakfast. The concierge services are top notch. The hotel is showing some age since my stay 5 years ago and the elevators can be difficult. But I understand it will be undergoing renovation soon. All things considered it’s a terrific place with great staff. I’m glad I made it back a second time.

This was our first time staying at Dukes. The service, quality of the room, and the overall wonderful ambience of the hotel makes this my favorite hotel in London. I also love the location.
