The upgrade was a surprise and very much appreciated, thank you. Lovely position, close to Kings Cross and the underground. Nice set back position. Loved the view of the park and the tennis courts. Although central London, was calm enough at night to have a good night's sleep.

Pleasant little hotel with a convenient location. Easy to access via train, and the neighbourhood had a lot of nice small cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. After being awake for more than 24h it was easy to check in and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit warm inside though and I'd likely not choose this hotel during summer months. But spring and autumn for sure!

This is a decent standard hotel for London. The room was a good size for two people and we looked out onto the garden area across the road which was lovely. We were on third floor, no lift which is not unusual for London, but be prepared for the stairs! The area overall is very central, close to many food options and two tube stations. Hotel breakfast basic but good and priced well. Everything clean, bed firm but fine. Water pressure at times a bit dodgy. Overall good for price and location.
