Good position but hotel is ancient
The hotel’s position is very convenient just minutes away from King’s X and the area is quiet and seemed safe. The staff was very friendly but can’t saw the hotel was great. It’s on 3 floors with no lift, looking ancient. While the small size of the rooms is expected, our main issue was that the old windows wouldn’t close properly and a strong draft kept coming from under the bedroom door: two cold nights later, we’ve got a cold. The beds were also very uncomfortable. We won’t be back and will be willing to pay a little more next time for a decent night’s sleep.

Great Location for St Pancras & Kings Cross
Although a compact room & bathroom the hotel was clean & comfortable & a great place to stay overnight to pick up the Eurostar the following morning. Great location for St Pancras only a 5 min walk. Bathrooms seemed to be brand new & shower was lovely & hot. Tea/coffee in room & fresh towels. Good price. If you're expecting The Ritz then don't stay here but if you just want an overnight hotel close to stations mentioned which is clean & comfortable then I would recommend.

Everything was very clean and the room included a hairdryer a kettle and tea and coffee. Ideally located for King’s Cross Station. Staff are very helpful and there was a luggage store facility. Would definitely book again

fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel friendly service, spotlessly clean rooms serviced each day and brilliant value for money. I stayed in a single room which was a little small but suited my needs for a couple of nights. In London regularly and always stay here

Exceptional 10.0
Very nice and clean room. On the small side, but very comfortable and worth it for such a convenient spot (2 min from Kings Cross) when wanting to access all parts of London. A nice view from our room. A nice easy check in an checkout. Surprisingly very quiet which is good if you're wanting plenty of sleep. Also had a cute cat roaming around.

Smallest hotel rooms I have ever been in.
Although clean , this rooms are tiny and in August hot. Room was on the 4th floor, all stairs and tiny staircases. Staff very helpfully. Rooms clean.

Convenient and cheap
Very good location only a couple of hundred yards from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Reasonable price for London. Room a little tired and cramped but good shower and TV. WiFi slow but works and is free.

Poor 2.0
Worst night sleep ever
The room was small and outdated for 3 people to stay in. We were kept awake all night by both staff and guests walking directly above our basement room. Even had one staff member stood outside room smoking on the Sunday morning and talking loudly. Complained to reception but were just told they had some disruptive guests who had caused damage. In that case kick them out instead of effecting other guests. Wouldn’t stop again even if free.
