Our one night stay was first class. The only problem was with regard to the booked rooms. Our requirement was for Two Rooms - One with a double bed , and one with Two Single Beds. However this was sorted out on arrival at reception with no problem. The reception staff being excellent . Thank you. Roy Burge

Stylish comfortable hotel with great buffet bfast
Great value hotel so convenient for the Royal Albert Hall,Kensington and the museums

Fair 4.0
Nice on the outside, tired on the inside.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. Really cheap. Lumpy pillows and a rip in 1 pillow case. The bathroom was not particularly clean and also the bath was damaged all over the surface. The whole room just looked very tired. The noise was also bad. You could hear everything in the halls. Plus the cleaning staff in the hallways in the morning were shouting.

Good, clean night, located near the Albert Hall
Great location for the Albert Hall. Hotel is clean and tidy with friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast at a reasonable price too. Rooms reasonable size and bedding v comfortable. Place is also quiet, so good nights sleep. Only minor gripe is that the cleaning staff start early and even with a do not disturb sign used, they do tend to make a noise in the morning
