You needed a cell phone and stable internet connection to got into the hotel!!
Pro:
Location: walking distance to tube system, many
shopping and dining choices around.
Room is clean, our room was on third floor, facing away from street... quiet, peaceful and with a few pigeons hanging outside the window.
Water pressure is excellent, hot/cold water almost instant.
There is no staff on site, but responses from What's app were quick.
Cons:
Getting into the hotel is challenging. It become intuitive AFTER you learn how it operate. We got email for front door access code and got in w/o issue. There was another locked door right after we entered and no keypad. Internet connection at that area was weak/unstable (at least on my phone). We got locked between doors and did not know how to proceed. Luckily a couple came in a few minutes later and showed us how to access the door with the phone.
The room is small, even by European standard.
The bathroom is even smaller, the shower area is 2 feet by 3 feet. The whole bathroom width is about 3 feet wide.
There is no lift, the stair case is narrow and steps are incremental higher. I felt like having a cardio work out by the time reaching 3rd floor with a carry on suitcase.
Internet did not work, A/C did not work, contacted staff via What's app. Ended with sharing next room's net/ "We will have someone look at the A/C tomorrow". We opened the window and fixed the A/C i
