This is the second time we have stayed at this city hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The bar area is pretty. The room is excellent, well thought out with everything you need from a short stay city hotel. The soundproofing is excellent.

Really lovely hotel! And great staff! We was here for my partners birthday! They gave us two free drinks vouchers and a birthday note in the room, it was a lovely touch. Good hotel, disappointed in the breakfast visit
Excellent staff at check in, we were also lucky enough to get into our room early. Room & everything in it was lovely. The only negative was our breakfast experience. Despite breakfast being cooked to order, it was warm on arrival with the exception of the hash brown. The staff were pleasant but it was assumed we wanted orange juice, when there was also apple juice & that is what i would have chosen, given a choice. We had to ask twice for more tea, bowls at the self service counter & more cutlery. I have no objection to serving myself but glassware, tea, water, cutlery had to be requested.

Lovely stay in Liverpool
The Halyard in Liverpool was in the perfect location for our short trip. It was close enough from the train station to walk with all of our luggage, and close enough to tour the major attractions, restaurants and shops without having to take any public transportation. Check in was smooth and very helpful in negotiating the city. Beautiful bar area too.

Fantastic Hotel
I stayed here for business and this was a lovely, clean, quiet and modern hotel. It has a great location to Liverpool one and the bars and social scene. Rooms clean and modern with some lovely touches added to the room. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
