Spotlessy clean room in a good location at an affordable price. Right next to bus and metro stations and heaps of dining options close by. Hostel staff were great, from check in to cleaning to accomodating a late check out. Noise from other rooms is easily heard so bring the ear plugs to ensure a good nights sleep.

Terrible and unfriendly staff. Rooms are dirty, sheets are dirty. Noisy neighbors renting rooms by the hour for ***. Blankets are filthy and smelly. Non smoking room smelled worse than an ashtray. We left in one second. I demand a refund from Expedia. Expedia should never ever list a property like this.

Not recommended
Very cold rooms, thin walls and single pane windows in a very noisy neighborhood of Madrid. People coming in and out all night. Above a kebab shop which produced awful smells. Worst place I ever stayed in Madrid. And it's not like it was a budget price.

Limpieza fatal!!!! Sabanas sin cambiar.
Hemos alojado 3 noches , desde principio no hemos esperado un nivel alto , pero lo que hemos encontrado tampoco esperamos , en primer lugar la habitación que hemos reservado tenía tres camas y balcon, pero en realidad una cama doble y una singular y patio, luego la cama pequeña no tenía la funda de almojada solo protector , que no se cambiaba hsce tiempo. Cuando he encontrado esto , he bajado a la recrpcion y a mi petición de poner la funda, la señora de la recepcion intentaba convencerme que el protector es la funda, al final nos entrega la funda , pero cuando levantamos las sabanas encimeras , nos daba la sensación que en estas camas alguien ha dormido antes , lo mismo podemos decir sobre las toallas , son "blancas", pero en realidad tenian manchas negras , parecian que tampoco son limpias . No hemos querido estropear la nuestra estancia , por eso decidimos comprar las sabanas y toallas para estar seguros que solo nosotros las usamos. El suelo tampoco estaba limpio , las patas de mesa tenían mucha basura acumulada por debajo pegada en esras patas. Sabemos que es un hostal, que es viejo, pero la limpieza no puede faltar, es la salud de los huéspedes. A pesar que no somos los primeros que no opinan bien sobre este sitio , hemos elegido este hostal porque la zona nos favorecía para nuestro ocio, hay muchos restaurantes ,tiendas alrededor con los precios bajos, cerca hay metro , dentro del hostal era tranqulidad.

Bon accueil de la personne Etat de la chambre vétuste et pas totalement conforme aux photos sur le site Nettoyage de la chambre fait trop rapidement.... Présence de poils, cheveux, alèse de la literie qui présente des restes alimentaires et des traces de brûlures de cigarettes, fissures et traces en tout genre sur les murs et les portes. Ménage pas du tout convenable !!! Odeurs de remontées d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Chasse d'eau sans pressions pour évacuer. Pas de pression au niveau de la pomme de douche et pas d'aération fonctionnel sans la salle de bain
