OK Hotel for the money
It was fine . Room was small but expected. Bathroom was good. Shower warm but flow restricted. Room was close to the stairs so early leavers woke me up at 4.30am because bed was right by the door. Didn't like having to put down a £100 deposit. Receptionist expalined that they'd had some problems with bad guests.

Decent Hyde Park stay for a solo traveller.
Decent place to stay, just a shame there is no lift. A great location and the staff were friendly. My only point would be they need to have better luggage storage.

3rd time this year.
I've stayed here 3 times this year. Its very convenient for public transport. Ensuite Showers are good. Stairs are quite steep. Rooms are clean, not much space but adequate, modern and comfortable. Beds abd pillows are comfortable. Staff are friendly. I'll be back in 2025.

Very happy to stay again
I have stayed here twice in 2 weeks. The location is convenient. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower rooms are a little small but work well. Will stay again when the prices are right.

Water coming through the ceiling
At 1am water started pouring through the ceirling of the bedroom onto my bed. To be fair, the guy on reception was proactive to sort it out and it was apparently caused by the guests above not closing the shower door properly, but you coukd tell ot wasnt the first time it had happened

Busy hotel close to Paddington
We stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2024. The positive points are that the hotel is close to Paddington station. Our room had clean bed linen and towels. The heating is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Minus points are check-in (requires photo ID of each guest & £100 security deposit per room). There is no lift, so if you are 4th floor and have heavy luggage, you will struggle to get it up the narrow stairs on the higher floors. Rooms are small and have various things that don't work like bedside and bathroom lights. In our case, I had to rehang the shower doors as they had come off their runners. After help from reception, we got the shower to produce hot water by turning on the sink tap. The curtains do not fit properly and aren't blackout, so if you have a front room you will have the blinking yellow light of the zebra crossing while you are trying to sleep. At £125 per room per night, I would never stay here again.

Very poor
The room was very small, there were huge piles of rubbish outside the hotel, there was no lift, there was a fan/heater system in the room that would loudly and frequently go off every 10 minutes throughout the night, the television didn’t work, and I was asked to provide an unexpected £100 deposit which I still have not had returned after two weeks despite leaving the room in perfect condition and in perfect time.
