2/10 Poor

Dirty, room
Room was dirty at our arrival, behind entry door was a pile of dirt, hair and other staff. Bed sheets had crums and hair! I asked front desk to please change sheets but they just covered the bed back. The mattress was horrible! After you layed on it, it sank in the middle! Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Floor was never swept. We used the coffee cups one morning and they didn't clean or exchange the cups untill 2 days later. Over all very disappointing.

8/10 Very good

Very nice, decent room, perfect for our needs, close to city center and airport. The only thing was that the fan in the bathroom and the little fridge were very noisy.

4/10 Fair

The room was very basic and dowdy with a very steep and very narrow staircase to climb to get there. The small toilet had a small shower cubical and the shower did not work properly, The toilet seat needs fixing too. There was a running water noise in the room all night which was not coming from the toilet. The carpark charge was a surprise and the £200 in total for the night was not even close to being value for money. I wouldn't even contemplate staying again.
The staircase is the only access to the room.......

Beautiful old building. Rooms were very clean and plenty of space for 3 weary travelers. Flight of stairs with luggage about did us in but well worth it. Friendly staff.

6/10 Good

Very little room. I booked a double room but it was very little and I was only given one bath towel and one hand towel. I was given a Very dark corner room. Super annoying motion detector bathroom light that noisily lighted up just by passing by it. However, it turned off while I taking a shower. I had to stop soaping once in a while to take my hand out of the shower stall to make movements and make it light up. The very old mattress was very creaky and very uncomfortable. I thought that the springs would come out at any given time. The breakfast has to be order the day before and it would only be served from 7 to 9 am. RIDICULOUS! Kotrina at front desk was very helpful
