Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

We really enjoyed a short stay at this hotel. Although it wasn't quite as central as we perhaps might have liked, the hotel itself and especially that it was so quiet, made up for this. It has been beautifully refurbished with lovely blue and white tiles everywhere - very stylish and elegant. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in many years and the rooftop bar was just lovely, if slightly expensive. Some of the rooms are below ground (the hotel is on a hilly street with rooms below...

The hotel is lovely and spotless, the reception staff were fantastic the guy came to our taxi to carry our luggage on arrival as the hotel was in a pedestrian area only, the custard tart and drink on arrival was a nice touch. When we left reception called us a taxi to the airport then took our luggage to the car. If we were to return to Lisbon we would stay here again I highly recommend this hotel Thank you for a great stay.
