We were booked in for 3 nights and given a SeaView room. which was very spacious.Unfortunately it was very warm so we needed to keep the windows open.The first night the sound of reving engines kept us awake. The second night a group of youngsters were talking until the early hours. We had a 5 hour drive home and after 2 nights without sleep decided to check out, I showed the receptionist a video I had made of the noise the youngsters were making but she said the police had picked them up as they were behaving badly and it was hotel policy not to refund any money but she could only take off the price of our meal the night before which was not even a fraction of the cost we had paid for the room. Such a shame..

Great hotel by the sea!
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband and i had a ciabatta in the bar which was delicious and breakfast in our room which again was lovely and hot and tasty. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

When we went the property was still going through refurbishments so can’t really touch on that, however, the room we got was one of the refurbished rooms it was very nice. I loved the design and the room was spacious. Had a lovely view facing the beach and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was we wanted to chill and have a few drinks outside and went to the deck chairs it was hard to get anyone attention for the menu and even hard to order drinks. I went to the bar hoping I could just order from there but was refused service because they offer table service and wouldn’t be able to process my order at the bar which was annoying so I asked them to send someone over to us so we can make an order. Of course no one came after 5 minutes we had actually wave our hands like crazy to get someone’s attention which wasn’t comfortable. We ordered a round of drinks but after our experience of trying to get one drink we didn’t bother to try again seemed like too much hassle. During the time we were trying to order a drink a couple had the same idea as us of chilling for drink outside but they waited about 10 minutes for no one to serve them they just got up and left. Think the restaurant needs to work on this. Apart from this my overall experience with the hotel was amazing the breakfast was great and staff were so friendly. Look forward to coming back here again to see the completed version
