Great location
We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Indigo and were very happy overall. Our room was very tastefully decorated and the bed comfortable. The only downside was the hot water (or rather, lack of it). After putting up with lukewarm showers for 2 nights and no hot water on the 3rd, we were moved to another room which did have hot water. I'm sure it would have been wise on the part of the hotel reception staff to mention to customers that they were having trouble with their boilers rather than waiting until we complained. Once mentioned however, they were most apologetic and arranged to have us moved to another room. Breakfasts were lovely and the meal at Theo's (the restaurant attached to the hotel) was delicious.

Our first stay at an Indigo hotel and we were not disappointed! Well appointed rooms and refreshing to be told that all items in the minibar were complimentary. Great breakfast too.

Wonderful staff
Lovely hotel and the staff were so helpful We arrived too early so they let us store our luggage until the room was ready. We went for lunch and returned about an hour later to find that all our luggage had been taken to the room.our luggage consisted of 2 very large rucksack's, 2 smaller rucksack's' a large camera over the shoulder bag and 3 shopping bags so it was no mean feat to get it all to our room many thanks

Ok, simple things let it down
The hotel was in good condition and the breakfasts were pretty good, however when we arrived it took some time for reception to find our room, the air con/heating in the room did not work so after asking we were given a heater and in the morning the water wasn’t hot for a shower. The receptionist did kindly sort this out fairly promptly but staff the night before were not very prepared or apologetic for delay in getting room (it was midnight when we arrived after a long delayed train journey) and then finding the room cold and the delay in getting it - bit disappointing after paying quite a bit for the room. There was also no window to the outside in the room. The staff on the night of arrival were not particularly helpful although the lady in the morning was helpful so it’s a bit of an average review.

An Indigo Break
This hotel is situated in the perfect location when visiting London. The Earl's Court underground station and shops are just round the corner from the hotel and museums can be found approximately 20 minutes walk away or alternatively via the underground. The Indigo hotel catered extremely well for all visitors and the breakfasts were really good, served by friendly yet professional staff before setting out on our sightseeing trips around the City. Unfortunately our daughter and grandson found that their shower plughole was blocked which caused them to have problems with regard to showering - although housekeeping tried to rectify the issue, somebody from maintenance had still not been to sort it out by the time we left. However, this would not deter us from staying in the hotel again and hope to visit next year. Many Thanks.
