Overall Review
The location is excellent. It is within a half mile (800m) of everything, including just a quick 5 min walk to the Victoria bus station, giving you access to anywhere the bus (tube) network takes you. I would not recommend staying in a room on the ground floor, by the street. It is very loud and difficult to go to sleep at night because you can hear all of the conversations occurring outside of your window. The price seems quite high for the accommodations so I believe it is priced this way because of the excellent location. Breakfast was provided. It is a standard English breakfast each morning, made with fresh foods. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel in backstreets of Victoria. The studio bed was acceptable and room basic. The windows are thin and let a lot of noise in from the street. Hence if you need a central located hotel near Victoria. Consider.

Stayed in the studios with my dog. Really clean, quiet facilities. Only negative was no lift and on top floor meant taking dog out for the bathroom was hard work- next time will request a room lower down.
