The room was warm, and the bed comfortable (though the bottom sheet wasn't big enough for the double bed; I was alone; two people might have been more affected by this). (1) Biggest flaw: NO TABLE/BREAKFAST BAR OR CHAIRS TO EAT FOOD. (In fact no chair at all), though basic cooking facilities (microwave, small hob, kettle, toaster), pans and utensils were provided; nor were there any trays to eat off one's lap. (2) Not suitable for anyone of limited mobility or 'traditional build': the stairs down to my basement room had no rail for part of the way, and the shower and surrounding area were cramped (though the water was nice and hot)
