"Parking is too expensive, $60+tax per day. On top of that, we give tip to the valet every time we get and return the car. I know this is optional but still, it adds up to the cost of your stay. The conditioner in our bathroom ran out on the 3rd day of our stay. We informed the housekeeper but it wasn’t refilled. Staff on the reception and the valet were nice though. "

"Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Waikiki was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, I like that there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker inthe room. Although the pillows were too soft for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a big plus, making it easy to get around. There are Bus stops near the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is also a plus. There were a few minor issues, like one of the elevator is not working and also the ice maker on our floor, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. With a few improvements, this place could be even better. We would consider staying here again."
