Gorgeous house and first class service from the lovely Ann and Martin! This is one of the best BnB we have stayed in when attending Glyndebourne. Location is perfect and easy to find. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious with a wide variety on offer. Our room was big with a really comfy sped king sized bed. En-suite bathroom has all the amenities that we need and everywhere was extremely clean. Shower gel, shampoo and hand lotion smelled fabulous!

This was like staying with friends for a smart weekend in the country. Ann gave us a guided tour, and later showed me round her hi-tech greenhouse when I expressed an interest. The house and garden are fabulous, our room was huge and elegant with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in rainfall shower. There was a lounge room and patio we could use, where you could watch interesting bird species on the feeders. Breakfasts are performance art - Ann and Martin make a big thing of choices in every respect and tend to hover to ensure you have everything you want, so be prepared to be sociable! You need to drive to get to places, Lewes makes an enjoyable day out nearby and there are good pubs around.

This was simply the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The facility was very nice, the hosts were terrific, and the breakfasts were tremendous.
