Not Ideal
We booked a family room as there were 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival we were instructed there were no family rooms and were given one double and one twin. Rooms at the top of the building up several flights of stairs with a daughter who has cerebral palsy this was not ideal. The hotel was full and no other rooms available. The double was cramped and at the back of the building. We could hear the gentleman next door coughing, going to the bathroom and even talking. Noise carried and the bathroom door, which was a slider door, would not close and had no lock. Breakfast was continental and limited choice. Shame as staff were lovely but hotel facilities mediocre. Room cramped and stairs a problem.

Highly Recommend
A very warm welcome on arrival. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was small though comfortable and tbh, when in London you don’t tend to spend much time in the room. There was a good selection of items for breakfast (continental). We would certainly recommend and book again when in the area.

Lovely boutique hotel. Perfect for a short-stay
I stayed with my son for 1 night, the room is small but clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is fine. The best is the location, everything is within walking distance.

Hotel is located five minutes from Victoria station. Very clean and manned 24 hours. Would have been nice to have known breakfast was only continental (especially for the price). Air conditioning was not functioning properly in room 102. Very clean and well appointed room

Served it's purpose, but nothing outstanding
Tiny room, although I guess that's expected for London and Tiny bathroom. Room was in the basement which was awkward to get to with a suitcase. We asked about breakfast for an early start, and were told that we could be given a takeaway, which we agreed to. When we returned from a night out, we mentioned it again, and was assured that this would be ok at 5.30am. However, when we went to reception, the very same bloke had no recollection of the conversation, and couldn't offer us anything but a bottle of water. Only plus was the close vicinity to Victoria , otherwise not a particularly good choice for comfort or if you are spending more than a few hours in your room.

Good hotel but a couple of niggles.
Good location and staff friendly. Problem with payment as had booked through Hotels.co.uk and paid but initially they had no record of payment so had to pay again, then found email proving that we had paid eventually sorted when manager arrived. Also one of us is gluten intolerant and there was no gluten free bread or cereal. As more than 10% of the UK have this condition or coeliac this should be addressed. Also we were on the third floor with no lift good job we are fit seniors.

Last minute booking, walking distance from Victoria station and in a lovely part of London. Greeted by a friendly reception and led to our room on the top floor. Nice views, everything we needed in this comfy room. Bed was comfortable and managed a full night of uninterrupted sleep would recommend this hotel.

hard to recommend
Great location but that's all. I woke up due to footstep from next door. Breakfast was really humble. The room is fairly small and there was no blow drier.

Nice hotel, breakfast can be improved
Nice little hotel by Victoria station. Room was lovely and although small, spacious enough for the week end. Breakfast room was small and choice quite limited.
