Anniversary Weekend
Had a fantastic wedding anniversary weekend break. Such a great location. A well equipped apartment with a mod cons. And at a reasonable price for the location. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Disappointing stay
Charged £30 for leaving bags and changing in apartment that had been cleaned and prepared for clients 1 hr 45 mins before check in time. Asked to pay £54 for linen so we could use the sofabed in the apartment. Only 2 bath towels left in apartment for 4 adults booking. Miniature canisters used for administering illegal highs found in otherwise clean apartment. No response from Marlin Apartments to my complaints.

Good overnighter
Entrance is via fob access, so 24/7. Room doors are key lockable, and you need to lock the door every time you leave: not obvious in these days of automatic lock mechanism. Rooms do not have air conditioning but a fan is provided. My bathroom ceiling extractor was very noisy with a red light on, so I was upgraded to from a studio to a one bedroom unit. Either were acceptable. The TV in the upgraded room needed a callout as there was a cable missing. The man was prompt in arriving and soon sorted the problem. The upgraded room was missing the fan! Tube access is great - the main reason for booking - with Mansion House and Cannon Street both being about 1 minute walk. It is handy for buses, but as the circle line was not operational when I was there, I decided to walk to Liverpool Street. It took only about 15 minutes. The fridge/freezer is an excellent size. Bottled water and 4 tea bags and 4 milk sachets are provided, along with a filter coffee cafeteiere sachet

A decent apartment at a great location
Located right next to Mansion station, I was quite irritated by the noise and vibration from the Tube, particularly early in the morning and at late night.

Very convenient for business but also not far from St. Paul’s - more like an apartment than a hotel - kitchen included - no food provided so take your own or eat out - watch out you need to take photo ID

Would have been perfect with an AC in the room
Positive; - Central location - Quite(ish) street - Comfortable bed - Friendly staff Negative: - Underground passing immediately under building hence noisy every few minutes (noticable at night) - stayed on 1st floor - higher ones probably ok - No air conditioning and street could be noisy so keeping windows open could be an issue. Temperature in the room was just about OK (in mid May) - personally I wouldn't stay here in the summer as going to be too hot for me (fan available in room)
