Superb location for sightseeing, eating & shopping. Few hotel facilities but not a problem as so much nearby.

Wonderful location in London and close to several transportation routes including subway and bus. Walking in any area was also very convenient.

There was a weird smell in the room, only given a small thin blanket that had questionable stains on it. Dark room in basement. It is walkable to the tube and cool shops. Staff was friendly. I’ve stayed in worse.

A property very much in need of renovation. But the room was clean and the reception was helpful. For a quick one night stay it was adequate

Given its cheap cost in a great location, you only get what you pay for.
The room needs serious cleaning and attention.
Basic bed and a peaceful place to stay for the night. Do not expect more.
Refrigerator is a plus.

Hands down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty room, stained mattress, very noisy. Appalled that this is even listed on Hotels.com

This was my first experience with expedia and it was horrible stay. I would want expedia to refund us the money for this hotel trip if we want to continue doing business. This stay was terrible. If i knew it was this bad i would've booked elsewhere. I want Refund for my stay.

I was a bit disappointed with the room condition. Old furniture for the hotel around the town centre in Westminster area. They need to improve the quality of the room

I couldn’t shower, there was no hot water. They asked for an additional payment of £50 deposit. I should have gone to travelodge or Premier Inn. Paid £110 for 1 star hostel . Awful 😞

I was looking for a cheap and cheerful place in London but ended up booking this cheerless, shoddy, ran down and miserable place. I’m a little annoyed with Expedia for advertising this location! I’m mostly annoyed with myself for not looking at the reviews first.
Simply put, don’t stay here.

Close access to public tube and transport. Room at Front subject to traffic noise through out the night. Curtain was smaller that window so did not block out street light.

I was there for a two-night stay. No hot water in the shower the first day in the evening. When I mentioned the situation the next morning I was told that they knew about it but the probklem was now fixed which was not true as I had to take a cold shower again the next day. Stay away from that hotel.

Room was like an oven during a heat wave. Desk clerk wasn’t on duty at check in time.
