Really good stay. Staff at the check in are really good in particular call out to Nusaiba,Rass, Soumya and Iulia. Apartment was excellent for my solo business trip, clean well maintained and I was kept well informed. I started here for nearly a month with no complaints. Great place to stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great location, short walk from Aldgate East Station. With good links into London. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We like the kitchen facilities available in the the room. Bed was very comfy. The cafe is very nice. Will definitely be visiting again when staying in London.

Stayed over Christmas, loved it!
Stayed over Christmas, second time here. Honestly it's one of my favourite places to stay. It's a little bit outside of the usual tourist city places so it's a little quieter, especially on the weekends. But it's within walking distance to spots like Spitalfields market, brick lane and a 30 min walk to Borough market. You have at least 4 grocery shops within a 5 min walking distance - sainsbury's (two of them), amazon fresh and a nisalocal to get all your shopping needs as well as a bunch of food options around the area. there is a cafe in the lobby which I did not fully utilize but seemed to be quite popular. One of the main reasons I stayed here was because I knew that over Christmas most places would not be open so wanted a place where I can make food and stay in for the day which is exactly what I did. Christmas pasta bake and movies was just such a comfy vibe for the day.

Great hotel!
What a great hotel! The studio is perfectly laid out for our needs (laundry IN the room), kitchenette, etc., and the location was excellent. Easy access to all the touristy stuff but not surrounded by tourists. Only complaint was that the bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on in a long time :-/

Fantastic stay
The hotel was wonderful. The cafe on the main floor was delicious and so convenient. The rooms were very spacious and very cute. The products in the rooms smelled wonderful (they should sell them!). This was the perfect spot to stay in London, especially if you’re staying for a week or so. The rooms come with a small kitchen, dinette & living room in one. The check in process was quick and easy! The location is close to many great restaurants & stores within walking distance or just a short bus ride away. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the London Bridge. They really really enjoyed all experience. The apartment hotel was large and well thought out. The bathroom in the shower really good and the location was excellent. It was right near the tube and a lot of pubs and restaurants restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to London.

Exceptional staff, comfy and convenient hotel
Nice hotel with a convenient location next to Aldgate East tube station. Modern decor with a comfortable seating area in addition to the comfy bedroom. Let down very slightly by the bathroom not being cleaned as well as it could have been, but nothing too bad. Staff were exceptional - polite and very friendly.
