Excellent hotel in great location
We arrived in London earlier than expected and went to the Dorset to drop off our luggage with the intention of returning later in the day to check-in. We were greeted with a friendly smile and were told that not only was our room ready for us so could check in early but that we had been upgraded to a suite also! The room was gorgeous, spotless and had great views. Fantastic amenities within the room also. We slept very well and it was extremely quiet. Although we didn’t dine in the hotel there was plenty of choice in the restaurants. We went for breakfast directly across the road at Pete’s cafe, a traditional English cafe which was very reasonably priced with great food. Checking out was very smooth, there was quite a queue but a receptionist came to us and asked if we would like to leave our luggage to pick up later in the day, gave us a receipt and away we went to continue to enjoy our stay. The hotel is perfectly located next to Aldgate underground station so made traveling about very easy. We were very impressed with the service we received and will definitely visit again. Thankyou!
