Hidden Gem

My first time at this hotel and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very stylish, everything you could ask including a steam shower! Had the best sleep ever in the bed. The roof top terrace is lovely. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious and I will bring my swimming costume for the pool next time! Highly recommend and very close for Liverpool Street Station.

The staff's attentiveness and warmth were unparalleled, making every moment effortless, making us feel utterly pampered. And the beds? Pure cloud-like bliss! I genuinely had the best sleep I've ever experienced in a hotel. We've been so incredibly spoilt that I honestly don't think we'll ever be able to stay anywhere but a Virgin Hotel again. This isn't just the best hotel we've stayed at; it's a new benchmark for hospitality! We would have booked a second night if we didn't have to get back to the doggo. Now we know we can bring the dog for free, he'll be coming with us next time. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed for a 60th birthday and booked 5 rooms for 5 couples. Our stay was absolutely amazing I couldn’t fault it. The room was spotless, the service was fantastic and a bottle of champagne was left in the birthday room. The staff were wonderful and the bar area was stunning. The guests we stayed with had stayed before but this was my first time and will most definitely be back!

They were very accommodating in providing us with an early check in, as we had travelled with an infant. Also when the steam shower in our room didn't work, they changed our room. The location was ideal too, walking distance from Liverpool st.station and quite central. We will definitely stay here again.
