Highly recommend this fabulous hotel! All staff were lovely and so welcoming, great room, ammenities and location too. Visit long as a family 2 adults 2 kids. The hotel was in a very convenient place. 10 min walk from the London eye and and underground was directly opposite. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was helpful and friendly

If visiting as a tourist, fantastic location. Close to transport and walking distance to many attractions. The bathroom was the only minor drawback. Drain for shower was partially blocked causing water to occasionally overflow onto floor. A number of tiles in bathroom were loose due to lack of grout. Overall, had a great stay at Marlin Waterloo and would stay there again.

Good Hotel, So-so Neighbourhood
The hotel was okay. It is fairly new although it is showing signs of wear. The waterloo neighbourhood is a bit dodgy though. It is safe, for sure, and i will stay here again. It's just not quite the "West End". But then again, you get what you pay for

Friendly staffs and nice hotel.
When we entered the hotel, we feel the warm welcome of the staff at the desk. She is helpful, answered our queries. Clean room, spotless, nice atmosphere and view at our window and we feel comfortable and rested the whole night . We will come back here again and share this experience with our friends. We stayed only for one night but worth staying in this hotel.
