Love it here!
Fantastic hotel, super comfy bed and pillows - best night sleep and a great ambience. The Vault bar and staff were amazing and really welcoming.

Everything about the Ned was excellent. The only small thing was that my friends came to join us for the Sunday feast, but as we had checked out there was no where to really sit after we were finished eating as you only have your table for two hours.

What an amazing place
What an amazing experience. What an amazing space. Check was welcoming and we got our room early. The room was so beautiful 1930s luxury with everything you could possibly need. The cowshed toiletries were an added touch of luxury. The vip benefits from Hotels.com were an added touch of luxury the pool and spa area is a perfect place to relax and unwind

Excellent all round but bars and restaurants were very busy with non - resident guests. Making it difficult to find somewhere to sit.

Good 6.0
The hotel is lovely but before you decide to stay here please note that this hotel is highly status-driven. If you are looking for a service-orientated hotel, this isnt the right one for you. Being a guest doesnt just guarantee you access to the rooftop bar and other facilities, which I completely understand. We had drinks at the Long Bar and the staff there were absolutely brilliant, very warm and friendly. We then went to the Vault Bar& Lounge and found the service utterly atrocious. Staff are rude and snobby. The idea of “exclusivity” and “status” isnt enough excuse for attitude and rudeness. We weren’t there to feel exclusive, we were for the service. The staff there should each take a chill pill. We didn’t stay long as we couldn’t stand the pretentious vibe there and continued drinking at the Nickel bar where we enjoyed more. We also tried the spa which is great and staff there are so friendly.

they don't honor booking thru agents. Very small r
One of the most memorable hotels i have been to. Very unique in terms of style, varieties, class. However, my room was extremely small and Not practical ... it has a very small window at the lower left side of the front wall... lighting was very low... the hot line service were not aware of the services the hotel offers. I struggled for quite some tine till they figured out that the robe i requested to buy wasn't the same. As a matter of fact, one of them said they don't sell robes, until i pointed it out to her in the room brochure. They almost sold me a used robe. When they gave me access to their limited club, i thought, like every club un the world, the food is for free. It turned out NOT. I had to pay even for my coffee.. which i found very strange.
