Brilliant hotel
We arrived early and our room was not ready so the two lovely ladies at reception allowed us to check in and leave our bags as we had somewhere to be. When we arrived back on the evening it was quite late and our bags were in our room ready for us. Our room had a lovely balcony (room 101) only minor complaint i could make is there was no furniture out there to sit on the balcony, i.e chairs and table. Also the spot lights that lined the balcony had a sticky substance on them that my daughter put her hand in accidently as it was dark and then we couldnt get it off. The room it self was spotless, the beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We will definately return to the Nadler when visiting London again, thank you

Excellent Hotel, Excellent Staff!
I found Nadler Covent Garden in a desperate attempt to find something different yet reasons priced, and I had no regrets at all! I was late to get here dude to cancelled and delayed flights - having informed Natalie over phone, she actually stuck around till 11.30pm to get me checked in with a pleasant smile, and like she said, I did get a great nights sleep. The hotel itself is new, extremely central with a bus stop right in front, and a bunch of eateries all around. They do not have a kitchen but have listed out a few online options on their detailed TV menu. Rooms may seem compact, but I absolutely loved the layout and design making a good use of space. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend. Like the staff at checkout said, it’s not the hotel that’s great, it’s the staff too, and I couldn’t agree more :)

Exceptional 10.0
We loved our stay at Nadler Covent Garden. The location was fabulous, central to everything and in walking distance to a few tube stations that access most of the lines. The reception staff were some of the best I have encountered. They were friendly and happy to make suggestions for restaurants and activities. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable. Great beds and lovely bathroom. It was also quiet - no street noise and nothing from other rooms or corridors despite being close to the lifts. My only recommendation is if you are heading out to sightsee or shop but plan some relaxation time back in your room, to let reception know so room cleaning can be timed around you. We had two days in a row where our room wasn’t turned over as our kids were resting late afternoon when the cleaners came. As a boutique hotel, they don’t have staff on 24/7. Easily fixed - just needs forward planning on the guests part. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in London.

Good 6.0
One big negative
The Nadler has many pluses but one big negative. The hairdryer cord is bolted to the inside of a drawer in the closet. To use it, you have to squeeze your hand to reach an outlet below and then pull it around the closet door. You can then stand in front of a full length mirror with no counter to hold your hair products. This may work for a man but definitely not a woman. For a boutique hotel, this bolt so no one steals the hairdryer is uncalled for. It’s not a budget hotel and a credit card is required at check in should the dryer disappear. Nadler management, stop acting like you run a youth hostel.

Very good 8.0
This is an all new, updated, modern hotel. The front staff was excellent, assisting us with local recommendations, helpful directions, and just very friendly and welcoming. They serve free wine in the lobby in late afternoon/early evening. Our room was small, yet efficient, with a “hidden” kitchenette. Every light and lock was a “smart” one, and so ingenious, really. I was very impressed. A small Nespresso machine was an added bonus. It was clean, but, I took off one rating point for two issues: there were drips of old coffee on the wall, near the floor, and a couple of whitish stains on the carpet. After two days, the coffee remained on the wall. The hotel is in the lovely Covent Garden area, and we enjoyed it very much.
