"Stayed for only one night en route to Denmark. Our host was wonderful and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I had read previous reviews that were quite dated but the host explained there had been upgrades since. The bed felt luxurious and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Reykjavik on foot. Bus stop to catch a bus to the airport was about two blocks away. Coffee provided was so good. Bakery around the corner as well as pubs and restaurants. Wonderful (brief) stay...

. There was plenty of room, extremely clean, and we liked the convenience of a kitchen and washing machine. It’s only 10 minutes to downtown and so it was a great spot for our trip. "

"Staff is very friendly. At the moment we arrived, we were given all the details and information of the amenities and activities in the hotel. The room we got was impressive and we received all accommodations. Parking is close to the entrance and the food is very good. "

. We did not know the layout of Reykjavic when booking but this one is right next to bus stops 9 (frequent pickup for many tour operators) and on bus stop 7 for the hop on hop off bus, as well as about 20 mins walk to the harbor where the whaling and puffin tours take off from, and one block from the stretch of street that has all the shopping. Location is extremely convenient, and we messaged them prior our visit and they assisted us with booking travel to and from...

"The shower attachment was broken so we had to hold the shower head in order to have a shower. There were bits of mould in the property and the blinds weren’t great. However, the price we paid was relatively low, we all felt comfortable and in a safe location. The WiFi was good, and a lot of amenities were provided with the stay."
